CE WEEK NY, New York City – June 23, 2015 – NeoLAB Convergence, developer of the world’s sleekest smart pen, Neo Smartpen N2 (N2), is proud to unveil new features of the pen at CE Week NY 2015. Event attendees will have the first look at the new functionalities, including the ability to upload notes, doodles, and more to Google Drive and download them to other mobile devices. By giving users this ability, they can easily access their saved notes across any iOS or Android device via the Neo Notes app. Stop by booths 12 & 13 from June 24-25 to preview the advanced new capabilities.
The N2 launched via a successful Kickstarter campaign just six months ago, and debuted on Amazon just three months ago. Knowing some of the world’s most innovative tech influencers showcase their products at CE Week NY, NeoLAB Convergence created the new capabilities to coincide with the event. With these features, N2 users can now bridge the gap between their locally-stored data and their cloudbased storage so they can easily save and access their content whenever and wherever they choose.
Write as you would with any other pen, and the N2 will automatically turn on and seamlessly digitalize written words or drawings, so that users can move from paper to digital in seconds. Simply put pen to paper and your content shows up on your connected device. From there, users can organize, share, and upload their content to third party applications like Evernote, Dropbox, Illustrator and now Google Drive. Users can also record and playback audio-synced to notes.
“The N2 has the potential to drastically improve workflows and artistic capabilities,” said Dr. Eddie Lee, co-founder and CTO at NeoLAB Convergence. “We recognize that a seamless transition from analog to digital is paramount to users. These new features are significant milestones toward reaching this goal. We are continuing to innovate to help people truly express themselves in today’s digital world.”
To celebrate the new features, NeoLAB Convergence will also be participating and hosting the following exciting events at CE Week, which they invite event attendees and local users to join:
• Dr. Lee will present the following session: “Bridging the Gap with Hybrid Technologies for Digital Writing” on Thursday, June 25th at 11:20 a.m. at the CE Week Demo Stage, located in the Networking Lounge.
